From the outside, it might look like soft sets, studio shoots and perfectly colour-matched mood boards. And sure, there’s plenty of that. But behind the gloss, running Sunde HQ is equal parts passion, pressure and Post-its (so many Post-its).
I wanted to give you a real, unfiltered look into what a typical day looks like behind the scenes – because while the brand is designed to make you feel your best, it takes a lot of messy, magical energy to bring it to life.
6:30 AM – Movement, Mindset, Mowgli
My mornings start early with a non-negotiable: a walk with Mowgli (my dog and unofficial HQ mascot). We head out for 20 minutes around the park – no emails, no scroll – just movement and quiet before the day ramps up. It’s where I plan collections in my head, reflect on what’s working (or not), and set the tone for the day.
