
RETURN POLICY
Returning items purchased from ASOS is simple! If you've bought an item on ASOS and shipped directly by us, please send it back directly to us.
Note that these items cannot be returned to ASOS, and returning them to ASOS will delay your refund.
You have 28 days to send back the order once received.
How to Initiate a Return
Initiation of the Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Access our Returns Portal online.
Please input your orders details and download the label via royal mail. We do not offer QR coded returns.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of animal hair, odors, marks, and with all original tags and packaging intact and untorn.
• Underwear must still have the hygienic sticker.
• For Multiple Orders: If you’re returning items from more than one order, submit separate return requests and return each item in a separate parcel to avoid complications.
Inspection and Approval
Once your item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. You’ll receive an email with the outcome of your return.
Note: Our warehouse reserves the right to reject items that don’t meet our policy standards.
If approved, we’ll process your refund. If rejected, we will notify ASOS customer service team and the item will be returned to you.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
We cannot except exchanges or store credit on ASOS orders.
Reminder: Returns can take up to 10 calendar days to be received and processed. Be sure to keep proof of postage in case we need to verify it.
