We ship to the UK, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, United States, Australia, Ireland, Europe, UAE, and selected international destinations.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date your order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier delays, public holidays, and peak trading periods.

Please note, we cannot ship to PO boxes. Any orders lost as a result of being shipped to a PO box are not the responsibility of Sundé.

PRE-ORDERS & MIXED SHIPMENT ORDERS

Pre-order items are dispatched once stock has arrived at our warehouse.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch.

If your order includes multiple pre-order items with different dispatch dates, your full order will ship together on the latest pre-order dispatch date.

Any shipping method selected at checkout, including Next Day or Express Delivery, applies from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

If you would like to receive available items sooner, please contact us at contact@sundeapparel.com to arrange a split shipment. Additional postage charges will apply.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply to orders shipped outside the UK, depending on the destination country.

United States orders: duties and customs fees are calculated and paid at checkout.

All international destinations, duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you have any concerns about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes and returned to Sundé, original shipping costs and return shipping fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.

DELIVERY NOTES

Standard delivery operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and begins from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times may be longer during public holidays, peak trading periods, courier delays, or customs processing.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and Sundé cannot guarantee that your package will arrive within the stated timeframe.

RETURNS

14 DAY RETURN POLICY

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not, you may either return or exchange your items back to us within 14 days of receiving your items, depending on your location. Your return is subject to the following Terms & Conditions and, by making a purchase from Sundé, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Policy.

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A £4 RESTOCKING FEE PER ORDER.

Your refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order, minus the £4 return restocking fee per order. Which will be deducted from your refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
  • The item/s must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please wear underwear when trying on intimate pieces. 
  • All items will be checked for tan, makeup, fragrance odour or marks/stains and will not be accepted if item contains them. Please take extra care when trying on if you wear fake tan and remove any jewellery that may snag. 
  • Sale items or items under offers can be returned for credit or exchange only.
  • Final Sale items can be returned for a credit note only, with no exchanges or refunds to the original payment method. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
FREE GIFTS

This gift is conditional on keeping the order. If an order is returned and doesn't meet the offer of which the gift was given under, the value of the item will be deducted from the refund. The gift is only valid if you keep the order.

RETURN SHIPPING

You are responsible for the cost of your return shipping. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage with a tracking number and that the parcel is insured for the value of the items. We do not take any responsibility for lost parcels. Missing packages will need to be addressed with your chosen return courier. 

For international orders please note any return duties or taxes that Sundé is charged will be deducted from the refund total.

INITIATION OF A RETURN/ EXCHANGE

To initiate a return, please enter your Order Number and follow the instructions on-screen using the portal

Please include your original delivery note in your parcel (or alternatively, a copy of your order number) and send your returns to:

We do not offer pre-paid returns and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For UK exchanges please follow the same process and in the returns centre select exchange, then add a note for which size you would like to exchange to. 

INSPECTION AND APPROVAL

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure that they meet all the criteria. To be eligible for a refund, your goods must be returned unworn and undamaged. We will notify you via email of the approval/rejection of your return. 

REFUND PROCESS

Once the refund has been approved, please allow approximately 14 working days for the refund to be processed. The time taken for the refund to appear may vary, depending on your financial institution. 

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
