UK Next Day Delivery Conditions

The cut off time for UK Next Day Delivery may be amended as required particularly during peak periods and product launches, the cut off time relevant to your order will be the one advertised on the website at the time of ordering. 

Orders with unclear, incomplete or incorrect addresses that require verification will be excluded from UK Next Day Delivery. Please take the time to carefully check your address details when placing an order. 

Extended Delivery via Purple Dot

Purple Dot is a waitlisting platform that allows you to be the first to get your hands on Sunde's next great item. Purple Dot will keep you in the loop the whole time.

*Any pre orders ordered with other items in stock the whole order will be on hold until the full order is shippable.*

My parcel says it’s been delivered but I haven’t received it — what should I do?

All Sunde orders are shipped with GPS tracking and photographic evidence of delivery to provide extra peace of mind.

Once your parcel is marked as delivered, we are unable to raise a claim on your behalf. If you believe your parcel is missing or was not received, please take the following steps:


via Royal Mail Tracking to view the delivery confirmation, including GPS and photo evidence, as parcels are sometimes accepted by others.
