UK Next Day Delivery Conditions

The cut off time for UK Next Day Delivery may be amended as required particularly during peak periods and product launches, the cut off time relevant to your order will be the one advertised on the website at the time of ordering. 

Orders with unclear, incomplete or incorrect addresses that require verification will be excluded from UK Next Day Delivery. Please take the time to carefully check your address details when placing an order. 

International Orders, Import Duties & Taxes

Will I need to pay import duties or taxes on my order?

Yes. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes once it arrives in your country.

These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in the price of your order or the shipping cost at checkout.

Who is responsible for paying import duties and taxes?

The customer is fully responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges.

Unfortunately, Sundé is not able to cover, refund, or reimburse these costs, as they are required by your local government and are outside of our control.

Why wasn’t this included at checkout?

Import charges vary by country and order value, so they are calculated by customs authorities upon arrival, not by us at checkout.

We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations before placing an order if you’re unsure what charges may apply.

What happens if I refuse to pay the import charges?

If import duties or taxes are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
