Please expect a processing time of 2-3 business days for orders placed with standard shipping.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the order date. We offer express tracked pre-paid returns with Royal Mail for a £4 fee (deducted from final refund). There will be an additional handling fee on all returns.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.

Items that are marked as final sale above a 30% discount are final sale are only eligable for credit and exchange only.

Holiday Return Extension
Orders placed from 26th November will be eligible for return until 31st December. Items purchased on offers or discount during this period are eligible refund as long as they are within the returns period.
